Initially, all participants begin with a private fishing outing in order to establish trust and build a connection. After one session, participants are then allowed to join the FISHING CLUB.
PROJECTS

The RISING TIDES PROJECT FISHING CLUB is a weekly gathering of our participants to connect, laugh and catch fish. We have found tremendous growth in self-confidence through mastery of skills and inclusion into a group dynamic. We learn to overcome disappointment, exercise patience and become each other's cheerleaders. The Club rotates through locations, but always has a blast!

COMING SUMMER 2023

Adults are struggling with LOW TIDES as well and the prevalence of mental health issues have risen tremendously. The GUYS' FISHING NIGHT is a monthly event that invites adult men together to bond through fishing. Skill level and experience don't matter as it's more about communcation and fellowship. Our hope is that through these relationships, these men will feel comfortable reaching out if they are experiencing a low tide and need assistance.

The HIGH TIDES video series leverages the power of testimony and shares stories from those who have successfully navigated LOW TIDES in their lives. The focus is to have a positive influence and inspire those that may be experiencing similar life circumstances.

COMING SUMMER 2023

One the largest demographics that face LOW TIDES is the military. Often facing incredible cisrcumstances and pressures, mental health prevalence is overwhelming for our military. The Military Legacy series uses sales of our special t-shirt to generate funding in support of organizations that directly impact the military.

As a business leader, community volunteer, published youth fitness author, coach and father, I’ve witnessed first-hand the pressures, stresses and situations that young people are trying to navigate through, often with poor support systems and lacking the proper coping mechanisms and resources. RISING TIDES PROJECT INC was created to help fill that void to provide a positive and effective resource. Our MISSION STATEMENT is “to use FISHING as a platform to educate, inspire and serve those with LOW TIDE Mental Health”. As with the natural tidal cycle of the ocean, we view life as a cycle of highs and lows. There is ALWAYS a high tide that follows a low one, therefore our company affirmation of “Low Tides MUST Rise”, is a reminder of hope, promise and better days to come.
